I reserve the right to deny a commission for whatever reason may it be
-Payment will only be accepted in USD through Paypal!
-Do NOT send payment until I have agreed to your commission.
-Commissions are required to be paid in full upfront (Or at least half for some exceptions). Once payment is received, I will begin your commission.
-Be aware, due to the nature of my art style, that I may take artistic liberties to stray from the given reference a bit. By that I mean, colors may not be completely exact to the reference, some details may be different
-Please specify if you do not want the art you commissioned from me to be posted publicly. Let me know if you would rather keep your commission private. If you do not specify, I will assume you’re okay with me posting your commission publicly.
-I will always send at least one WIP, at the sketch stage of your commission! Once you approve of the sketch, I will continue working on your commission, this allows me to know if you would like any possible changes to your commission at the start
-If you need your commission to be done by a specific date, please let me know.
-It is required you provide a clear visual reference of your character(s). Even if it is a character from a popular series, please provide a full reference if possible. Do not give me written descriptions alone.
-You are free to share, post, and use the art you have commissioned from me however and wherever you would like to, only if you credit me.
-Do not claim my artwork.
-Do not edit out my signature
-You may not use the art you commissioned from me for commercial use, RE-SALE, or any Blockchain-related technology (This includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.) If you wish to use my art for mass production for any reason, please contact me to discuss this further.
-If you receive your finished commission but there are minor adjustments to be made, feel free to ask and I will fix it.
-If you wish to cancel your commission for whatever reason, you have until I finish and confirm your sketch to get back the full refund.
-I will NOT refund you for a finished commission.
